Please share here your concerns and challenges. There are so manner matters that affect and contribute to the nursing profession world wide. Nurses need to be heard but that will only happen if you speak out.
You cannot rely on union representatives to do this for you; each individual nurse must let their concerns be known. Please write letters to your local papers, send them to radio stations (or get them to interview you), send out your own flyers and newsletters, be vocal on social media....
