I can't believe this; health care continues to be a political power point and only a concern when there is an election pending.
Bed sores in nursing homes have been an issue for far too many years. It is now 2018 and the opposition party is seeking legislation. Really!? This should have already been done, years ago.
I'm sorry but the Canadian healthcare system just plain sucks. What we have is nothing to brag about. It is shameful
Without more nurses there is no decent healthcare. SImple. But no one has listened and now I fear it is too late. Too many of us have left the profession because of closed ears and others are choosing not to even consider nursing as a career.
